Karolina Juzwa – coordinator in the Wytwórnia Foundation, manager of the Wytwórnia venue. She holds the Bachelor’s degree in English and Philology and Master’s Degree in European Political Studies.
For the last four years she has worked as the project coordinator in Wytwórnia Foundation, which is the main organizer of Summer Jazz Academy Festival. As the main curator of the festival she has been responsible for building the festival’s line-up and managing the production team. She is also the initiator and coordinator of Intl Jazz Platform – education scheme for professional artists that has been organized by Wytwórnia Foundation for 6 years. As the Wytwórnia venue manager she is directly responsible for booking, contracting and producing over 150 concerts a year.
In the previous years, she worked as the coordinator of the regional centres of European Social Fund on the behalf of ESF implementation institution. In the years 2010 – 2013 she worked in Design Silesia project co-financed by European Social Fund. She also coordinated international partnership on service design with Welsh PDR Centre (The National Centre for Product Design and Development Research at Cardiff Met University), which was the part of the international component of Design Silesia project. She also managed the Polish pioneering project on service design in public institution called “Design at your service”, which won international Design Management Europe Award.
