As Druga Godba celebrates its 35th year, this workshop will take a look at how creative industries can remodel their activities and find a way to perpetuate a constantly evolving vision of culture. The ability to find an economic balance must be combined with the inherent risk-taking of the artistic environment. Promoters have to remain competitive, both artistically and economically. For professionals, this often leads to a search for new models of cultural project management.
